Not only do I love my new car, but the experience that I had at Subaru 46 was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I always dread going to car dealerships because I can't stand feeling pressured or taken advantage of. I was so relieved and pleasantly surprised with how comfortable I felt at this location. My sales rep Lauren was sweet, reasonable, well informed, and accommodating. I feel like I got a fair price for my trade in and for the new car I picked out. I have every intention of going back to her the next time I need a new car and I plan on recommending this location to people that I know. Couldn't be happier, thank you so much for your help! More

Refreshingly fun and stress free! I just finished my experience at Subaru 46. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism, courtesy, and hospitality of the staff (especially the e I just finished my experience at Subaru 46. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism, courtesy, and hospitality of the staff (especially the eccentric Victor Desousa). My purchase of a 2016 Subaru Impreza was made with ease. I have never been through a dealer experience with no gimmicks, games, and such a laid back atmosphere. I look forward to see how the rest of my experience goes as part of the Subaru 46 family. More

I normally do not like to shop for cars as most salespeople are pushy and only intere My visit to Subaru 46 was not the normal car buying experience. I normally do not like to shop for cars as most salespeople are pushy and only interested in your buying a car "today". I needed to ask a lot of questions and I needed to do it via email as I can not spend time during the normal 9-9 on my own personal shopping needs. I needed a salesperson who was willing to answer my questions via email as that was the only form of communication I could use during my busy day. Denise was most helpful and kept up with all of my questions as I fired them off rapidly at times! Other dealers stopped answering my questions and told me that they would only have time for me if I came into their showroom! In fact, I was even thrown a buying certificate of another $250 if I would come in and stop emailing! They didn't want to bother with my form of communication and Denise did! She didn't let my questions go unanswered! She never told me that she couldn't do business the way that I wanted to do business! She was kind and patient and not one bit PUSHY!! She knows and believes in the product that she sells. If she didn't have an answer, she didn't make one up! She got the answer for me! I am in sales myself, and I pride myself in taking the time that my customer needs to inform them of the product that they are buying. Denise did exactly that! In the end, I am confident that I got the best product for me and that I bought it from someone that I actually liked and respected for their knowledge and the ability to take the pain out of car shopping! She did it on my terms and that is something that I have never gotten in buying a car before! I will be sure to tell everyone I know to go and see her! Especially since everyone is asking about my beautiful new Subaru!!! More

Never having previously met Victor or visiting this d This was truly the most absolutly hands down best car buying experience I had thanks to Victor. Never having previously met Victor or visiting this dealership before, I walked in off the Street looking at Subaru's. Having the intention of simply looking/test driving vehicles that day I ended up buying a brand new 2016 right out of the Showroom. Victor greeted me with a large smile and strong handshake, he was extremely friendly and patient and at no time ever did he pressure me or throw those obvious sales tactics at me. My family had shown up at one point to look over the vehicle as well, Victor went over all the details once again with my wife, treating her with a gentle kindness and respect. He also drew some funny Cartoon characters for my 5 year old daughter for her to color so she wouldn't get bored while we talked business. When it came to talking numbers I of course was expecting the typical lowball offer on my trade in and multitude of reasons why my Car is worth Dirt. I was very much blown away when his initial offer pretty much decimated what I had expected, They were right on the spot of where I wanted to be. For the first time I came out of a Car Dealership not feeling like I had been in a street fight. Victor spent a great deal of time going through all the bells and whistles on my Car before I drove her off the lot, I really got a great sense of how much pride and knowledge he has about the Subaru brand which only went to reaffirm my decision with this Car. As far as the Car itself??? My Family absolutely loves it! Subaru really got this one right. Special Thanks to the Subaru 46 staff and especially to Victor! More
