Chase refuses to help me, Subaru said they can’t do anything, and now this dealership was purchased so it’s under new ownership and they can’t help me. I don't get to see the mechanics but obviously they are doing a great job everytime I get my car serviced. However the person behind the desk is Mike and he is who helps me understand what is the best needs for my car and I feel so confident in his abilities. He listens, he explains and he is understanding on my concerns. I never feel rushed although I know he is very busy. He makes me feel special but I believe that he does that for everyone. My son is a Subaru owner and going there on his own for car maintenance, he had the same experience. I hope the owner of this Subaru has the opportunity to read my review because I am very satisfied with my service and when I am ready for a new Subaru, I will come back to SUBARU 46 mainly because of Mike and his service team coworkers.
