Fee Laden Approach Today, I decided to go first thing in the morning to Route 46 Subaru to attempt to purchase a 2014 Dodge Avenger that was listed at $5995. My salesman Today, I decided to go first thing in the morning to Route 46 Subaru to attempt to purchase a 2014 Dodge Avenger that was listed at $5995. My salesman, Joe Reynolds could not have been nicer. That was expected as in my history of buying vehicles has had few poor dealings with Salespeople who are usually nice people. My issues started after the test drive. Joe went to start the paperwork with Jess. After waiting a while, Joe came back with a write-up sheet that first assumed that I was financing until he pointed out to Jess that I wanted to pay in full today. Secondly, call it sticker shock or whatever you like; when I saw $4800 in fees for a vehicle listed at $5995, I almost puked. I could almost see $2000, but considering that part of their number included a $1295 "certification fee", which was only good at that dealership, it was evident that this was a price gouge move. When I made my displeasure clear, Joe engaged Jess and then Paul to see what could be done. Let's just say that Paul and I did not see eye=to-eye as he tried to get me to buy into the notion that the KBB assessment has the car at a higher price. As I told Paul, that is his issue, not mine. They decided to price the vehicle below the KBB number and then want some sucker to make up the difference in fees. I was born in the day, but not yesterday. In any event, I walked out as a very dissatisfied customer. I feel that their fees outside of registration and taxes are exorbitant and aside from Joe, they made no real effort to secure my business. I don't ever see me doing business with them again and would not recommend them if this is an example of their normal operating practices. More

Best Car buying experience to date!!! After test driving several makes of cars and going back and forth to several dealerships I decided on a 2019 Crosstrek Lmtd. We have been using this dealership to service our two other Subaru’s since it opened. The salespeople here do not pressure you or shadow your every move. My primary saleswoman was Diane Kolias. She is friendly, smart, and not pushy!!! She was patient and accommodating in my requests for several test drives before I made my final decision on the Crosstrek. A new shipment came in while we were discussing what options I wanted and one car matched perfectly. After a few back and forth negotiations with Diane and Jack we agreed on a price and I was driving my new car the next day. Diane has since followed up to see if I have questions and how I am liking my new car. That’s what I call exceptional customer care. Thank you Diane!!! Best of luck to the new Management !! More

We did not set an appointment and the store was really busy but we were greeted by Jack who is the Sales MGR since all the salespeople were unavailable. I was really impressed that I wasn’t told to wait for someone to become available and that the managers got involved from the get go to ensure all their customers were promptly assisted. Very satisfying new car buying experience I was stressed. Old car totaled and was not looking forward to buying a new one. Fortunately when I arrived at dealership I was directed to Diane. Cannot stress that enough. I was able to find the Crosstrek I wanted, with my preferred color and options, and after a little offer/counteroffer, at a fair price (thanks Jack). I gave Diane a hug when all was completed. First, and probably only, time I will ever do that. Kudos also to Mike the finance manager who was thoughtful and helpful on a last minute decision. More
I love my new Subaru! I came in to purchase a pre-owned 2015 Subura Impreza and yada yada yada left with a lease on a brand spanking new 2019 Impreza Premium...and I couldn I came in to purchase a pre-owned 2015 Subura Impreza and yada yada yada left with a lease on a brand spanking new 2019 Impreza Premium...and I couldn't be happier. Jonathan was knowledgable, helpful, patient, and funny; and he and his manager (I'm so sorry I cannot recall his name!) helped me understand the details and intricacies of leasing vs. buying. For me, leasing won out. They worked tirelessly (seriously, I was there all day) to get me into a car that I both could afford, and that I loved. I never felt like they were bullsh*tting me, nor did I ever feel pressure. I was very clear on what I wanted and could afford, and they worked with me every step of the way to make it happen. I've wanted a Subaru for fifteen years, and it was worth the wait. Thanks, guys! See you in three years when my lease is up! More
Pathetic Parts deptment I went to the parts department for a $17 radiator cap for a WRX. The parts department told me they could not sell me a radiator cap without a Vin#. Since I didn’t drive the car to the dealership and failed memorize my vehicles ID numbers, the dealership gave me bad attitude and refused to assist me in any way. My argument is that the parts representative spent more energy arguing the dealership policies than help me get what I came in for. He not once even looked at the computer. Brainless staff that should be replaced with robotics. No need to pay mindless employees. Same day went to another dealership and surprisingly helped me without a VIN# and I walked out with the radiator cap. Go figure! The parts department should really be getting 0 stars if that is an option. More

You can NEVER get someone to pickup the phone in service and if you do manage to get an appointment they will never call you unless they want you to authorize a whole bunch of you probably don't need. Don't ever deal with Rich in service and if you do don't EVER tell Rich that their prices are ridiculous or he will tell you to keep shut-up and keep quiet while he rings me up. Save yourself alot of money and take your vehicle to a reputable mechanic. More
