This dealership was not one that was on my list of places to visit as I looked online and printed out the cars before I left to go looking. When I pulled into the dealership I was greeted by Mr. Granmont who was very nice and professional unlike most of the dealerships I had previously visited in the past. He took the time to listen to me and understand what I was looking for in a car and features. He showed me a couple of cars that fit the syle and features I was looking for and we went on a couple of test drives. He showed me and told me all the specifics about the cars. Obviously we had other cars we wanted to look before we made any decision to buy from him but after spending time learning about the advantages of owning a Toyota and about the service we felt pretty comfortable about getting into the bottom line of numbers. He presented us an offer that was attractive even our trade in was priced right although we could have probably sold it ourselves for a little more profit but we didnt feel it would be worth the hassle or the time and expense. Since he showed us the Toyota value we were getting we had to take the offer and didnt even bother wanting to go look at anything else that day. He even took time to show us around the shop and meet some of the mechanics who were very friendly and helpful. The car was cleaned up almost like new and even some of the surface scratches were gone! He then had one of his managers come out to talk with us before we left to make sure everything went smooth during the process. I have never been treated like this at any dealership in the past and they were all so very helpful, even the popcorn was good and the coffee was better than Starbucks! I had been comparing prices with other dealers and this was the best price offered. I also got a reasonable amount for my trade in. When I picked up the car I was given a great review of all of the options in the car. I was introduced to the sales manager, service manager and parts manager. I even have my first maintenance appointment scheduled. Everyone was extremely professional. This is the third Toyota that I have purchased and this was by far a great experience.
