Front desk not friendly at all until the very end when she gave me the papers. Sorry... that's not how it works. I heard many complain about her. Put on a happy face the entire time not just at the end. It's unfortunate. I was not impressed. Girl at check out when paying was terrific and pleasant. Exactly how it should be.

Great service until after I bought the car. After buying the car, I needed some info. Unfortunately I lost the contact info of the salesman. The service I got from staff was poor. After I reconnected with my salesperson, everything was great again. When buying the new car I traded in 2 used cars. Having a difficult time getting a bill of sales that specifically lists the 2 cars traded in.
