Best Dealership I have ever been to! Route 23 automall is by far the best dealership that I have ever been to and I will certainly be buying all of my vehicles from here. I live over 3 ho Route 23 automall is by far the best dealership that I have ever been to and I will certainly be buying all of my vehicles from here. I live over 3 hours away from the dealership but will definitely make the trip to have all my cars purchased from there. The entire sales staff was extremely nice and took care of every one of my needs. They exceeded my expectations! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a vehicle or lease. I got myself a new f150 and could not be happier. More

Ripped Off Proceeded to buy a used car from them. First thing the salesman told me was it came with a 3 year "certified warranty". I signed the papers, and drove Proceeded to buy a used car from them. First thing the salesman told me was it came with a 3 year "certified warranty". I signed the papers, and drove away with my car. Upon receiving my first payment, I discovered they actually added $2000 to my loan. When I asked what it was for I was told it was for the warranty. the salesman lied, they all lied. They run the scam, and hope people won't come back and complain. they removed the warranty and I was stuck with the car, and no warranty at all. I would buy a horse before I would ever do business with these thieves again. More

Worst customer service So I went to buy a 2017 Ford Mustang; everything was going fine. I was trying to figure out the number which works for me the best but sales person wa So I went to buy a 2017 Ford Mustang; everything was going fine. I was trying to figure out the number which works for me the best but sales person was getting upset because I was bringing in details about their promotions and they felt like they can’t ripped me off. The moment I mentioned I want to trade in my 2014 CRV($15000 needs to be paid to buy it off and had only 30k miles)they really didn’t appreciate it since I mentioned that they have 20% addition to my trade in (their special promotion) which shouldn’t leave me with any negative equity and I should be able to buy Mustang GT. The Sales person brought in the sales manager(James Kim; the Asian guy) who came in to the office looking so busy and rude when we were the only customer at dealership. When I told him about the promotion for trade in he said and I will put it in the quote “If I don’t want to take the car then I don’t have to” and he left the office without even listening to us. He is a very unprofessional sales person I ever met and I don’t know how he became a sales manager who doesn’t know anything about customer service. And the sales person was acting like some body forced him to work there and he doesn’t even care if he sell us the car. I would never step foot in that dealership even if they offer me a free vehicle. More

I worked with Ricardo and I will say he made the experience of finding my new truck very easy and we came to an agreement on a pretty good price. Also what really made these guys great is that they held my truck for me with no form of payment yet or anything because I was unable to return due to a family situation. That made me very happy to do business with them. All in all very good experience finding my truck here and Ricardo was an awesome fun guy to work with the whole time. I would definitely recommend him and this dealer to a friend. More
