Horrible experience. This so called NEW salesman Rich knew nothing about the used vehicle I was there to see. I had spoke to him on the phone a few times to try and get as much information about the SUV. knew nothing about the used vehicle I was there to see. I had spoke to him on the phone a few times to try and get as much information about the SUV. You'd think he would have made a point to find out all the details.I told him I need to know that the tires have very good tread and the response was that they must be good because it passed their whatever point inspection. So I decide to go see it. What a waste of my time. This SUV needs tires now. Oh, and it would have been nice to know the body damage on the side of it!! Oh wait, this guy admitted to never really looking at it. So let's take it for a ride he says. I was hesitant but figure I was there and I'd go ahead. OMG... I pressed down on the brake and it goes almost all the way to the floor and barely stops for a red light. He tells me it must be that I'm not used to this vehicle. Ok, I know what brakes are supposed to do and certainly not be so soft and low. I check the brake pads through the wheel when we get back and they are very low. What a joke, what a waste of time!! Then they try to low ball me on my trade in!! I got $3,000 more at a different dealership so it's just another thing on a long list of why staying away from this dealership is the only good idea!! They should be ashamed!! More
