Start to finish Dayton was professional, helpful in selecting my vehicle, open and communicative, and willing to go "the extra mile" to earn my trust and respect. By nature, I am direct and deliberate. Dayton understood and proceeded in a manner to expedite the selection and contract. He repeatedly went out of his way to answer questions and make me feel comfortable with my selection of the vehicle and the dealership! As like many people who approach the purchase/lease of a vehicle with trepidation, I was thrilled that this was a no nonsense, efficient, and pleasant experience. The dealership was clean, people very friendly, and I will strongly recommend the dealership and Dayton to others for their next vehicle! More
To my amazement I was very skeptical about visiting "another" Ford dealer after visiting Wayne Ford the day before. The visit with Wayne Ford was one of the worst sales team I ever witnessed in a business. I have been a sales and marketing man myself for 13 years, so I know what it takes to be a sales team leader and player. When I first visited Butler Ford, the inside appearance is a nice and clean . My wife and I were like two foreigners in big place. We asked to view the used F-150 Trucks and were directed accordingly. Once we decided which models we narrowed it down to, we returned to the front desk where we were greeted and assisted by a charming front desk gal as we waited for her to call for a sales representative. This is where we met Dayton Lau, a true professional and salesman. Well groomed and charming. As he introduced himself, he carefully escorted us back to his desk area and went to work diligently looking for the trucks we expressed interest in. Carefully discussing the truck options and their histories, it was off for a test drives. His courtesy and respect to pull the trucks up to the front door were unnoticeable. This is where a salesman is thinking outside the box for the customer while the customer is just...well just plain "thinking" of which car they want. My wife and I tested the two trucks. Dayton's patience and courtesy were always on stand-by and ready to assist us with any questions as they entered our minds. After driving the two vehicles, we decided to purchase one. My overall experience with the Butler Ford sales team was very pleasant. They very entertaining and always demonstrated the up-most professionalism. We truly valued our buying experience with Butler Ford and were VERY grateful to walk away with a truck I will surely value and drive for many years to come. I highly recommend Butler Ford for purchasing a new or used car. If you're looking for a "people" salesman, ask for Dayton Lau. While I believe all the salesmen at Butler Ford are qualified and professional, I was truly grateful to experience this treatment first hand our salesman Dayton. Happy driving! More
As a repeat customer of Rt. 23 Automall, I can say that in the 40 years I've owned Fords (my first was a Mustang fastback in college), that the sales and service departments are first class. I lease 2 vehicles every 3 years and I have never had any complaints with the maintenance of the vehicles and usual the service takes only a few hours, if that long. But everything starts with the sales dept. and Steve Secor, the sales professional who assists me, is courteous and friendly, whose first priority is the customer. And, he's not satisfied until the paperwork is completed with perfection. I would recommend to anyone that if they want to know of a car dealership who treats their customers fairly and with respect, I would be happy to give them Steve Secor's business card. More

I went to this Ford dealer after hearing amazing things about their service department. Mike was a friendly and knowledgable salesman without any of the usual over eagerness you might expect. I called in to schedule a test drive while on the way to the dealership with the intention of replacing one family car with a new Ford Explorer. They had someone greet me at the door and were ready to test the dealership with the intention of replacing one family car with a new Ford Explorer. They had someone greet me at the door and were ready to test drive within minutes. On the way back I spied a left over Expedition with a nice discount attached and decided to look at that as well. Long story short we went home with two cars. The owner and sales team were excellent and very fair on my two trade in cars as well. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a fair deal and excellent customer service end to end. More

Got recommended Route 23 AutoMall by a relative. I called to make an appointment for a meeting and test drive. I arrived a couple hours later and had my test drive in the car with all the features I wanted, to make an appointment for a meeting and test drive. In all I called them and 6 hours later I had a great new car that I am extremely happy with. It was a great experience, I would highly recommend this dealer. More
I sought a 2013 Taurus SE on cars.com. When my search led me to Rt. 23 Automall, I was directed to the sales associate, Steve Secor who was both cordial and knowledgeable. We were able to reach agreement on me to Rt. 23 Automall, I was directed to the sales associate, Steve Secor who was both cordial and knowledgeable. We were able to reach agreement on a fair price with only minimal give and take. He didn't do the "Oh buddy, you're killing me!" dance one might expect from a "car salesman". Instead, I was assisted in many areas of the sale by the manager, James Kim, the finance & insurance manager, John Sweeney as well as the general sales manager, Joe Navarra who agreed to tow in and purchase my used 2008 Chrysler 300 once it was running again (a courtesy refused me by Chrysler when they learned that I couldn't afford a new 300, even though they had appraised it for $3,000.00 toward a trade-in) Joe said "You're our customer, we'll take care of you". What more can one say? More
