Light went on for service. I went 2 times. Thr first day for rotate tires but they offer me 2 new tires. They ordered them but the next da that I went to, I was told that my ca I went 2 times. How to Lose Customers in Just a Few Days I am responding to the sales department from whom I leased my 2018 Toyota Camry. I came into Rt. 22 Toyota on October 11. 2018, with the intention to I am responding to the sales department from whom I leased my 2018 Toyota Camry. I came into Rt. 22 Toyota on October 11. 2018, with the intention to return my previous leased Camry and lease a new 2018 model. My previous experience with this dealership in 2016 was excellent. I returned because of that positive experience. I found out that the salesman I had worked with was no longer there. The salesman I was given was Khaled Elsisi. Leasing the car had its sticking points and I was ready to do business elsewhere when the salesman became more helpful. He was fine throughout the rest of the transaction. He handed me two master keys. I asked for the valet key and he told me there isn't any such key with the new model. I had handed over one master key and one valet key from the 2016 Camry I had leased from Rt. 22 previously. I had inadvertently left a second master key home. I told Khaled I would mail it in a couple of days or so as I wasn't sure where it was. I mailed the key on October l8th, one week later. I had it sent via the US Post Office overnight delivery with a signature required from the recipient, Khaled Elsisi. I received that verification from the post office the next day. On that same day that I received the verification of having the key received, I also got a letter from Toyota Financial Services indicating I owed Toyota an additional charge of $159.93 for excessive wear and tear! I was stunned as the car was turned in with 2,000+ milage under the mileage allotment I had. Additionally, the car was in excellent, almost brand new, condition! I didn't understand. I contacted Toyota Financial Services and they informed me that the car I returned was missing a key. I explained everything but it turned out the car had been picked up for auction before they received the key; a policy I was unaware of or else I would have put aside my other responsibilities and focused on locating and sending the missing key immediately. In any case this experience caused me to be concerned about receiving only 2 master keys and no valet key. I certainly don't want to be assessed additional charges when I return the car in 3 years. On 10/19 I called Rt. 22 Toyota and spoke with Khaled and asked him to send a note or letter indicating I was given only the two master keys and no valet key. He said he would e-mail it to me. I waited 3 days to allow Khaled time to compose and e-mail the letter to me. When I went to the computer I found that he did not send me the requested confirmation. That same day. 10/22 I again called Rt.22 Toyota and left word for Khaled to call me back. He called me back and we discussed once again what I wanted. Again he said he would e-mail me the requested confirmation "directly "; he did not! I then texted him and e-mailed him my request and again provided my e-mail address. Nothing came. I called him and texted him and e-mailed him again yesterday 10/25. Again he said he will send it and again he did not! When I called again I was told Khaled was with a customer. I asked to speak to the manager and I was told he was in a meeting. I asked when the manager would be finished with the meeting, I was told that she, the receptionist, had no idea. She further explained that these meetings can take all day. I have come away from this experience exceedingly angry and fed up. This run around has caused me to decide NEVER lease another Toyota in what's left of my life. Very poor treatment of customers. Very poor cooperation and absolutely no professionalism. More
