Not satisfied with service. The screws on bottom covered were broken off due to rust according to your Employee but didn't question my Husband about proceeding until 3 screws wer The screws on bottom covered were broken off due to rust according to your Employee but didn't question my Husband about proceeding until 3 screws were already broken had no choice but to proceed. Had to take to a mechanic to fix situation extra money out of my pocket..We also have New Mazda that we re able to service for maintenance at Mazda dealer always gets proper maintenance including toping off windshield washer fluid if needed last 2 service at your dealer wasn't done. More

My salesman was caled and he showed but quickly disappeared. Ia lady tried to help but Sent me to the sales center and speak with any salesman. I explained i wasn’t from the area. Needdless to say, the gps didn’t help direct me. So i went home. More

Not so great My service rep was excellent. However, when I went in my pressure light was on and when I receive my car back to pressure light was still on so obvi My service rep was excellent. However, when I went in my pressure light was on and when I receive my car back to pressure light was still on so obviously nobody text checked the tire pressure. Not sure whether any of the other fluids were checked. Reason for the visit was simple oil change. More
