Dishonest They made an agreement with me that they would give me a $750 rebate, but they refused to give it to me later even though the contract was signed. How come i can not get a refund on my deposit but they can change their rebates applied? This is very unfair. More

Employees do not follow directions and are unprofessional. You have to repeat to do something five times with five different people just to get an oil change. Had a car wash and th and are unprofessional. You have to repeat to do something five times with five different people just to get an oil change. Had a car wash and they left my window open as I told him to close it. He said he will and forgot to. It resulted my interior seat, floor, and documents getting wet along with few other things. Then I had to wait anouther 25 mins for them to attempt to air vacuum the mess. I had to leave cause I waited almost two hours just for an oil change. Time is valuable and there are 50 other mechanics who could have done my oil change in my area More

I highly recommend going to another Toyota Service Dept. Price of service was not explained thoroughly and sign off with customer's approval prior to the service working.
