Awful service My car was dropped off at 7:45 and no service was performed, I went after 3pm and picked the car up. After calling several times and finding out that no service was done on the vehicle I decided to pick it up and take my business somewhere else. So disappointed More

Horrible Experience I came on Saturday for a service on my car. When I first arrived I wasn’t sure where to do no one greeted me at my car. Then I was not directed to whe I came on Saturday for a service on my car. When I first arrived I wasn’t sure where to do no one greeted me at my car. Then I was not directed to where I should go had to figure that out. I met my service person who was not good at explain my service. After my service was done I only got a receipt and not a detailed description of what was wrong with my car and what needed to be completed. I am highly upset and disappointed. More

Great Service! I don’t have much to say but this place delivered on time. I have been to 3 Toyota dealerships and had to wait forever to get an oil change, even with I don’t have much to say but this place delivered on time. I have been to 3 Toyota dealerships and had to wait forever to get an oil change, even with an appointment. But I was in my car in less than an hour with this place. The place is very neat and organized and the people that helped me were very friendly. I am strictly breastfeeding my son and one of the ladies was kind enough to let me use her office space. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting quick and accurate service! I guess I had a lot to say haha. More

I commend my CSR John V for service beyond ecpectation. You should have express lube oil drop off CSR or drop box to fascilitate car drop off. When customer calls for appoinment CSR had berm informed of wha You should have express lube oil drop off CSR or drop box to fascilitate car drop off. With appoinment i still have tow wait 10min just to be check in where printing the work order only took less than 2 min. More
