Poor customer service- I came in for my 1st routine maintenance appointment with Raul Urgiles at this location. I was on time for my appointment & waited 2.5 hours with no updates. He seemed off & was maintenance appointment with Raul Urgiles at this location. I was on time for my appointment & waited 2.5 hours with no updates. He seemed off & was playing music (R. Kelly) when we 1st met in his office. The music made it difficult for me to hear him, but I looked past this. I did not feel welcomed at all based on his demeanor. When the maintenance was finished, he handed me the paper & briefly said an air pressure sensor could need to be replaced. I asked him to explain what was done to the car & what I needed to do to fix the sensor. He responded with "I don't have time" & walked off. I have been taking my car into a Toyota facility for routine maintenance since 2010, when I bought the car, & have never been treated so rudely. The fact that he didn't have even 2-5 mins. to explain the work that was done was ridiculous. More

Horrible. They busted my interior lights while performing a recall and claim it wasn't operational before I went in. Then, dented plastic while installing new bulbs.
