Took over 2 hours for an oil change and to rotate tires! This should not be on a Thursday morning. There needs to be a better system of handling customers. I was in the area and stopped by to see if service could check it out. A young man with a clip board named Charles asked me if I had an appointment. I told him my issue, and he told me I would have to have an appointment, I asked for a manager, He tells me that none was present , an left me there. I stayed with my car running because I was afraid that it would cut off. Then about 15 min later, I ask Charles , who can I speak to about this situation, he then directs me to Raul. Charles needs to learn how to speak and learn how to deal with customers accordingly. More
