I was sold a car that they knowingly knew was a lemon. I have tried to reason with them, but get nowhere. Jason Rodgers is about as ineffective as they come!! I wish someone over there have a xxxx about how I feel right now. David Rodgers doesn't care that I paid 20k cash for a car. To him and most of his customers, we are nobody's. They deserve no stars. And until they make this right, I won't be satisfied. More
From the time we set foot on the lot, we were treated with respect. We weren't hounded every step we took, and we found the car of our dreams. Abel made the transaction so easy and positive, we came back with respect. We weren't hounded every step we took, and we found the car of our dreams. Abel made the transaction so easy and positive, we came back and bought another Kia automobile a month later. Again, Abel handled everything to our great satisfaction. Now, any dealership can treat you well during the sales process, the real test of how good a dealership is comes after the sale. Well, Roseville Kia shines in that area also. We have been fortunate to have worked with Jeff in the service department. Treats us like were the only customers in the building. Honest, professional, and a truly nice guy too! Service is always done right the first time, ready when promised, and always at the stated price. No surprises! We always ask for Jeff when any of our cars need service. My wife and I love Rosevill Kia! More

Jeff Chu was an awesome salesman. He was kind & considerate throughout the whole process. The only downside was that we couldn’t drive off with our new $60,000 Carnival Prestige car. He was kind & considerate throughout the whole process. The only downside was that we couldn’t drive off with our new $60,000 Carnival Prestige car. Our new car was going to be driven for three days off and on by the president of Kia. There was nothing we could do about it. We are a little sad that we won’t be putting the first miles on our new car. This happened to another person/couple who bought a Telluride Prestige. We’ve never had this happen before but we’re still very excited & happy with our purchase at Roseville Kia. More
