Jeff Chu was an awesome salesman. He was kind & considerate throughout the whole process. The only downside was that we couldn’t drive off with our new $60,000 Carnival Prestige car. Our new car was going to be driven for three days off and on by the president of Kia. There was nothing we could do about it. We are a little sad that we won’t be putting the first miles on our new car. This happened to another person/couple who bought a Telluride Prestige. We’ve never had this happen before but we’re still very excited & happy with our purchase at Roseville Kia. More

From the time we set foot on the lot, we were treated with respect. We weren't hounded every step we took, and we found the car of our dreams. Abel made the transaction so easy and positive, we came back and bought another Kia automobile a month later. Again, Abel handled everything to our great satisfaction. Now, any dealership can treat you well during the sales process, the real test of how good a dealership is comes after the sale. Well, Roseville Kia shines in that area also. We have been fortunate to have worked with Jeff in the service department. Treats us like were the only customers in the building. Honest, professional, and a truly nice guy too! Service is always done right the first time, ready when promised, and always at the stated price. No surprises! We always ask for Jeff when any of our cars need service. My wife and I love Rosevill Kia! More
Absolutely horrific service. Bought our Hyundai with a repair needing to be completed. It was written in to our contract. Took the car in to get repaired and they didn’t repair it, stating that it was new damage since we purchased the vehicle 2 weeks prior?! Absolutely insane. This car dealership is scuzzy… they will not uphold any promises. The purchase process felt weird and our “finance guy” was very condescending. He kept laughing at me and my elderly mother when we had questions. The whole process was a nightmare, but the fact they refused to do a repair that was a part of our agreement blew me away. More
