Absolutely horrific service. Bought our Hyundai with a repair needing to be completed. It was written in to our contract. Took the car in to get repaired and they didn’t repair it, stating that it was new damage since we purchased the vehicle 2 weeks prior?! Absolutely insane. This car dealership is scuzzy… they will not uphold any promises. The purchase process felt weird and our “finance guy” was very condescending. He kept laughing at me and my elderly mother when we had questions. The whole process was a nightmare, but the fact they refused to do a repair that was a part of our agreement blew me away. More

Service Center interaction is always good, but Marina went above and beyond. I made my service appt online but when I arrived at 8am, it was not in the computer. New owners of the dealership, etc, and t went above and beyond. I made my service appt online but when I arrived at 8am, it was not in the computer.
