The WORST customer service I have ever received was from Kia Roseville Service department. I was told to come in for service so when I called to make an appointment I was going to have to wait a month for t Kia Roseville Service department. I was told to come in for service so when I called to make an appointment I was going to have to wait a month for this dealership to get me in. Because I was going on a road trip I went elsewhere for an oil change. 7 days later the oil light and check engine light come on and I have to tow my car for $1000 back to the dealership. According to the dealership this was caused by getting an oil change elsewhere which caused the engine to get 0 oil. Now why did it take the car 7 days to have the oil light and check engine light to come on if there was no oil? Marina was supposed to be my service provider yet she was rarely at the dealership and even if she was there she wouldn’t answer my calls or emails. Marina made me file my own claims for compensation for towing and a rental car. It took her 14 days to tell me I should call Kia’s warranty company MYSELF. 2 weeks of her doing nothing and me filing my own claims and making calls. When I called Kia Customer Service they informed me my service provider should have handled all of my claims and they cannot give me the number to techline the warranty company. Only Marina the service provider can reach out to them. So Kia Customer Service attempted to call Marina at Roseville Kia. Guess what? Marina didn’t even answer the calls to her own customer service department. With it being over 2 weeks of zero progress and me paying for a rental car out of my own pocket I reached out by email to multiple managers Jeffrey, Gina, and Trampus. ZERO RESPONSE. I had to then email them again and threaten legal action to receive a call from Trampus who was at least apologetic unlike Marina. When I was finally denied coverage under the warranty Marina again instructed me to take further action on my own. I had to ask for all the documents from her so I could get things moving. Once insurance agreed to cover the car guess who doesn’t answer the phone again! Marina wouldn’t answer for me, Kia Customer Service, or Nationwide insurance all of us just need information from her to speed this process along. It then took another 2 weeks for my car to finally be fixed. Yep 29 days to be exact my car was in service collecting dust and sitting in the rain, they didn't even perform recalls or updates until day 28. They didn’t even offer to wash the car. I had to demand it to which they gave me a cheap chevron car wash that I had to go do myself. I have never been treated so poorly by a service department and have never had to make so many demands for a response. Can’t wait for my lease to be over so I never have to be treated like this again. More
We were baited and switched. We were told we were buying the car with the tech package. When we got home the car did not have it. I worked with Johnny B, and Abel, and both of them were just amazing. There were a couple of things, though, Jonnie, let me know that the car I was buying was exactly like the one that I had tested. But in fact it was not, it did not have a power seat on the passenger side and didn’t have the power door hatchback door lift. No big deal, but would have preferred to know. More
