Michael the sales was great and patience. We were there for used 2016 Kia soul, but when we got there, the car was just sold. We reached a deal with Mike with the trade in, even after we shook hand, we changed our mind couple hours later for the trade in. Mike was very patience to try to give us a new deal with back and forth texting, and we did reach a new one with even greater deal. So thank you Kia Romeo. The only thing that I kind of disappointed when I get my car delivered, I see the new plate without Kia Romeo frame, so I can show it off that I got it from Kia Romeo. More
