Great service I just purchased a new Toyota Corolla from Romano, with Brad Oliver as my salesman. It was a wonderful experience with absolutely no hassles. Mr Olive I just purchased a new Toyota Corolla from Romano, with Brad Oliver as my salesman. It was a wonderful experience with absolutely no hassles. Mr Oliver took his time with me, going over everything to my satisfaction. The whole process took just over 24 hours from start to driving away in my new car! (It probably wouldn't have taken that long except I had my car treated with Ziebart) At any rate, I was very satisfied with my car buying experience (again) at Romano. More

Inaccurate website and not easy to deal with We found a 2015 rav4 online and submitted a request for information. We received a quick phone call telling us the 2015 wasn't available, but they co We found a 2015 rav4 online and submitted a request for information. We received a quick phone call telling us the 2015 wasn't available, but they could be very aggressive on the 2016. We went in there with hesitation, test drove the vehicle, loved it, and then it was time to talk numbers. They came in an lowballed our trade in, which we assumed they would, and did not come down anything on the vehicle. We told the sales rep where we needed to be with numbers, and he came back with closer to what we wanted for the trade, but again nothing lower on the car. I told them that we were first interested in the 2015 and we're told that they would be aggressive on the 2016 and that is the only reason we came in. I told the rep it is bad business to represent that they were going to be aggressive, when they certainly had no plans to be. We ended up wasting out time and walking out. The dealership called 20 minutes later saying they would go down $500 on the car. Already being frustrated, we would rather take our business elsewhere. More

We had one small issue with a noise coming out of the front end. Took car back and service rep John Crane took it for a test drive pinpointing the noise and guessing what the issue was. I was out of the great reception area in 1/2 an hour,John had nailed the problem 100% and it was corrected. He wanted to take it for a test drive just to make sure and with me riding shotgun, we heard no noise. Im back in the Binghamton area now completely satisfied. I really like the people I dealt with at Romano. Wish they were a little closer. Thanks to all up there again! More

I mean,,,,I'm not a lawyer but these guys are not there to give cars away for free. How can you bring a full of rust lemon you call a car and expect for the dealer to give you top dollar($10,000) for it? Or because your credit score is 400 and you wasn't approved , you want to sit there and badmouth the dealer?THATS NOT RIGHT!!let me say that I walked in Romano Toyota looking to buy a used Toyota Tundra.walked out a day later with a Brand new Toyota Tundra 1794 edition.Starting off From Duane Edmonds which is a great sales rep. All the way up to the Great managers,Chris C. John Romano and GM Mike Abbey,I mean "WHAT A TEAM".. Not everything came out perfect on my end but let me just say because of these people the deals Ended in a great way.such a great way that from February until now (5/20/2015) I have purchased 4 different vehicles at this dealer.then My daughter (1st time buyer)(No Credit)which is 18 years old purchased a new loaded Toyota Corolla type 'S'.my niece purchased a 2015 Toyota Camry. My sister-in-law purchased a 2015 Toyota Highlander Limited.My friend purchased a 2015 Toyota RAV4.My best Friend purchased 3 different vehicles,Tundra,Tundra and a Highlander.I am a 40 year old grumpy old Puerto Rican man that complains about everything And anything even if is new.But I gotta say These guys are Great from A to Z.What a great place to buy a car.110% Great people...1 - 10? Service time is one week to get car in If you have time; maybe this dealership is for you. They are telling me it will take a week to get my car in.
