This dealer sells non-toyota vehicles then doesn't do anything to help their customers. Set up blue tooth, nope. Fix tire pressure monitor, nope. Engine light turns on after two months, nope. Never will I go back. Told me my car was worth nothing and would not help me with a buyout or put me in something decent and give me something toward something new. I sat with a Sales Rep by the name Ian and would not help me with a buyout or put me in something decent and give me something toward something new. I sat with a Sales Rep by the name Ian who saw me in tears not wanting to give my Rav4 Hybrid 2018 20,550 miles as they have currently listed on their website up. Never asked me once why I was in tears over a vehicle. Why I was so emotional attached to this SUV just had an I don't care attitude. I ended up walking out and hoping to find someone that would help me with the buy out still even the finance manager was no help and told him how upset I was that they wouldn't honor that three years ago I was told I would be able to buy this out with them and now I can't and I would be writing a bad review and he actually stated well how is that fair to us. I ask how is it fair you made me give up a vehicle I loved and took care of.. oh wait I know cause even though you said it was worth nothing it was. So going back as a last resort because no one can do they buyout but Toyota and I'm not with a credit union I am left with no options I one have to give them back the SUV or go into something else and they don't want to give me anything toward my next purchase. Remember the Rav4 Hybrid 20550 miles is worth nothing... With the frustration I. End up going to Lamacchia Honda where I find a a real salesman with actual emotion which no one at Toyota had and he tried to work with me but did tell me I would have to give Toyota the SUV back. So I had to with pain and anger I did give it back and that had a buyout of 19025 and now the very SUV they said had no value they are trying to get 27995.00 nice to know she was worth nothing. Your GREED came first not your customer and in this time of a pandemic where people are struggling to stay afloat you did nothing to help a customer who was loyal. I wish nothing good comes to the car and the person that gets it because sadly I gave it back with no good intentions attached because it was given back with anger and hurt. She was my forever car and you lied when you told me three years ago that I would be able to come back and buy her out. I never write reviews but this time I want everyone to know how disloyal you are and how you will put money before everything and you will lie to make the lining in your pockets better. Never will I ever buy or say a good word of romano and not just of Toyota but of any romano as now I see it as a whole and all I see is greed and dishonesty. Thank you for showing your true colors and may everyone see you for who you are. More

BAD Customer Service Had 2 recalls on my Toyota Corolla . They sent up appointment for July 17th and they knew what the recalls where. When I got there at 7:45 a.m. they t Had 2 recalls on my Toyota Corolla . They sent up appointment for July 17th and they knew what the recalls where. When I got there at 7:45 a.m. they told me they could do the one recall but didn't have the parts for the fuel pump recall. The whole purpose for they appointment they made was to get both recalls done the same day. They could have called me to let me know they didn't have the parts. So they back ordered the parts they came in on July 21st. Set up another appointment for Aug. 5th. I ask about loaner car. They tell me I can't get one. That is not what they have on there radio ad. I drop car off at 7;30 a.m. on the 5th first person there. Recalls would take less then 2 hours to do. I ask them if I can get my car back around 2;30 p.m. as I had something to do latter. They told me recalls where a drop off. I call back at 2;30 they still hadn't gotten my car in yet. Here I was first one there. They made to many excuses why car wasn't done but assured me car would be done before 5:00. What happened to making the customer happy and not doing it on there time when they are ready. So what was the purpose of dropping it off first thing in morning when my car went to bottom of the list. Another place will not do business with again. There attitude is take it or leave it. No good customer service anymore. More

Shame on the management team for allowing such instance to happen. Unprofessional and greedy dealership that doesn’t give two xxxxs about the clientele. More

Stephen R. provided excellent customer service and was very patient with us as we compared the detailed features and specs on a variety of hybrid mode Stephen R. provided excellent customer service and was very patient with us as we compared the detailed features and specs on a variety of hybrid models (mostly Prius and Corolla hybrids). We are very detail-oriented people and Stephen patiently walked us through all the options and shared helpful insights on the tradeoffs between the different car models. He was a pleasure to work with. In the end, we ended up having to go with an out-of-state dealer for the purchase due to a technicality regarding state sales tax, state of residence, and registration. But otherwise we would have been very pleased to move forward with a purchase at Romano. Even after it became clear we wouldn't be able to buy at his dealership, Stephen continued to generously work with us and answer questions. More
