I had brake pads installed with a gift certificate I had to use from a class action lawsuit settlement. I should have known this place would wrong me. After I got my vehicle back the brake pedal went to the floor which it did not do before the work they did. I called my mechanic and told him what happened. He told me they likely just put the pads in without bleeding the brake calipers and just pushed them back in which pushed air and junk back into the system. I told Tori after she explained to me they did bleed them even though the bleeders were dry and asked her to have them bleed the system again for air. I was first told by her that the tech doesn't work on Chevys often and gave me card to a place her relatives work to fix it. Then told me her master tech is also not familiar enough with chevys to fix. She should be embarrassed to say that about their techs all brakes systems work the same. More

We came back from our test drive and was told that the price on the internet was incorrect and went up about $10000.00 on the price. Very unhappy with this dealership and would not recommend them 😐. Not knowing anything about any other automotive service reputations I thought it best to take it to the local dealer. We got a quick lane full service where they rotate tires for you too. The mechanic(I use that term loosely) used an impact driver and damaged every single lug nut on every wheel to the point that now I can't can't get a socket on them. I go back to complain about it and they tell me it's because of the aluminum jacket on the nuts and that they just hate that. Well, speaking from having the same experience on Dodge Ram trucks I know that you need to be careful. If you were caring and know about the issue you would not even use an impact driver. Bottom line is they really didn't care. Their attitude and arrogance while I was talking to them was terrible, and I was careful to talk to them in a friendly and courteous manner. They suggested I go buy aftermarket lug nuts. Use a socket and a hammer to get the nuts off. Funny, Spradley-Barr Ford in Fort Collins, Colorado had my wheels off several times and I never had this problem. The folks at Clinton even commented that they didn't want to take the time to loosen/tighten lug nuts by hand. I will never go back there again. I will drive the distance to another Ford dealership if I need warranty work. Impact drivers should not be used on wheel lug nuts that have aluminum jackets and these guys should know better, especially if you know about the issue. Their attitude was pathetic. Now, due to their laziness, if my wife should get a flat tire it would be very difficult to even remove the wheel from the vehicle until I fix this. Update: There was a class action lawsuit filed against FoMoCo in August 2017 for the very lug nuts. I guess that doesn't change my opinion about their attitude. You know about the issue but you don't care to take the extra effort to prevent damage. More

I found a way to find my keyless entry code on the internet in less than a minute. This is not the first time I have experienced them overpricing simple things. This place will simply dime and dollar you to death! More

I knew that I would buy it from this dealership, because of the great staff including Eddie Gillam, Mrs. Sharon, and Ms. Judy! They all went above and beyond to be helpful, not to mention making the process quick and painless! I wanted a specific payment, and Eddie worked wonders to make that happen! I got a great deal! He also located the perfect 2016 mustang for me, with every option that I wanted! The car was detailed and ready to go as soon as I got there. It looked gorgeous!!! And the staff was so friendly! Eddie answered all of my questions before I purchased the car. He also spent a good amount of time showing me how to operate everything on the vehicle, and all of the cool things it can do! I know where I am buying my next car! Thank you all, I absolutely LOVE my mustang! I am so happy and enjoying it very much! It was worth the 4 hour drive to buy from you all- it made all the difference! More

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Ed Gillam and Sharon Martof went well above and beyond to make sure I was 110% satisfied and comfortable with my purchase and that it was exactly what I wanted. Judy Gibson also made the finance experience quick and very easy. Literally everything was ready to go when I came to pick up my car. The test drive took longer than it did for me to do the deal! Everyone I dealt with here was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and made me feel like family. I wouldn't have bought my dream Mustang anywhere else! More

Felt like we were in a bait and switch with finance After spending all day there. I was going to buy a 2017 mustang for a whopping $34,000 only to get to finance where I was told one price. And paperwork was being pushed out a really fast they rattle a car payment $100 more per month. When we questioned it we were told no I never gave you that other price. You must've misunderstood me😡😡😡 I said I don't think so you told us the car payment would be $100 less. I would not recommend them to anybody I also have problems with their service department that I thought we had worked up over time. But again obviously I was mistaken I will not be back and I cannot recommend them to anybody I would go to Fort Mill Ford instead.and I have had my 2014 Mustang service there with no issues my bad I guess I should and I gave them a second chance. No problem though if you like the bait and switch idea I recommend them if you like being treated fairly in like you're an intelligent person go someplace else. I also spoke with the manager she was no help. More

My husband noticed a problem with the transmission or drive train during the test drive. Clinton kept the truck for “repairs” almost 2 weeks claiming it was fixed. We put less than 400 miles on it when the transmission went out from a cooler burst. Clinton had it towed back and we assumed they would take care of the problem. Clinton kept the truck another week and a half, our sales person Mr. Rick Haley called to recommend that we should come to the dealership and talk to the guy about the transmission. We left work early to meet with the people at Clinton we thought it would be the person who worked on the truck but instead it was the service manager Darren Schrum, who merely parroted what his “repair” guy said; “…a rock took out the cooler and burned up the transmission…”, an FX 4X4 heavy duty off-road “built Ford tough” truck. Darren kept saying, “I did not work on the truck, Buddy and I don't know!” We tried to talk with him about fixing the transmission and he flat out said “no I won't fix it” after being told that something would be worked out. Note that the “rock” took out the cooler while the truck was sitting in my drive way. We were willing to be reasonable and offered to pay half of the cost. But Darren refused to even discuss anything and in fact became rude an insulting. We went to Clinton Family Ford because we believed in their reputation. But after this debacle, we will never patronize that business again. Did I mention we bought 2 used trucks and paid cash for both? My husband decided he wants a new truck now. We are going to buy one from another group that demonstrates it wants and values our patronage. That is unfortunate as our sales person Rick Haley was very nice and supportive. But I could never have my vehicle serviced in a department ran by the likes of Darren Schrum. Also the fact that Clinton Family Ford seems to be comfortable with this type of behavior tells me they do not deserve our business. More
