Straight forward salesman and dealership. I called my salesman at 3:30 and by 7 I was rolling in my new wheels. I had contacted other dealers who were dragging their feet, so for me the time I called my salesman at 3:30 and by 7 I was rolling in my new wheels. Sales workers not pushy - very helpful - finance guys did great. They wanted to sell me an extended warranty which I never buy - they were able to get the bank to lower the interest rate which allowed me to great. Overall a great experience. I felt like they listened to my needs and we both came out with the desired outcome. Michael and Teddy were excellent. The only point of improvem I felt like they listened to my needs and we both came out with the desired outcome. Michael and Teddy were excellent. The only point of improvement was to reduce the time going from sales to finance. It took about an hour to move from sales to finance. The entire process took hours This was not enough to ding them a star but reducing that time to 1/2 would increase satisfaction. I'd buy from them again. More
