I traded in my ford F-150 for a new one. - jennifer.racicot
I traded in my ford F-150 for a new one. I wanted the cover from the old truck put on the new one. When they told me to bring it in the machine broke. I picked up the new truck and brought it back when they told me to. When I brought it back I also pointed out 2 scratches on the bumper. They told me they would fix it. 26 days later, still no cover! Plus, when I asked to them to send me pics of the bumper, they sent a video with an employee saying” it’s not really a great job”. ( video is available if anyone wants to see it). They touched up the bumper with a brush. Seriously??? Also, the cover is gone!!! my husband went there, not in a good mood I may add, to find out what was going on. Finally another employee informed us that the cover was put on a used Chevy truck that was sold. But it doesn’t fit so we are getting it back.WHAT??? So now they replaced it with a new cover and properly fixed the bumper . During these 26 days I have emailed the manager 3 times. He did not respond! He told the sales rep to deal with us. we picked up the truck and said we wanted the invoices for the work that was done to ensure it was done by an authorized ford dealer. Nick said he would send them. We did get reimbursed for the first payment, being they had the truck for 26 days, however no invoices. I called. Nick said he emailed the department but no one got back to him. He said he would call me the next day and give me an update. He did not! I called him and he had no answers for me. He did give me the name of the company who fixed the bumper. Guess what, it’s a Toyota dealer! No answers again!
This dealership is horrible. Nothing but lies upon lies. Do not go here! They are unprofessional and scammers!
