Terrible service bought a used Jeep 4 months ago it needed a couple items fixed it too the service 6 visits to get it done and this last one I had to get the manger involved. Picked my Jeep up last wee needed a couple items fixed it too the service 6 visits to get it done and this last one I had to get the manger involved. Picked my Jeep up last week parked at home and now a huge transmission leak !!!! Never leaked in the four months I have had it Makes me wonder they were mad because I complained and one time I picked up the Jeep parts were missing off of it they had to replace. Another time I picked it up the hood was left unlatched. Another time it took them 45 mins to find my Jeep!!!! Terrible I have it into a new dealer to check out what they did to my Jeep. More

I have used this dealership for all my Ram 1500 service over the past four years. The Service Managers take care of me quickly so that I can get on my way. This time I had a recall notice and they were a over the past four years. The Service Managers take care of me quickly so that I can get on my way. This time I had a recall notice and they were able to take care of it same day. I just left the vehicle with them and they were done later that same day. They offered shuttle service, but I did not need it that day. I did schedule the service online several days ahead. I will use them for service in the future. They called me ahead and let me know it was completed on time. Thanks for the great job! More
