i brought my minivan in for an oil change before leaving on vacation. i was told that it was time for a rotation of the tire on my town and country. i told them to go ahead and do it. i left on vacation and on vacation. i was told that it was time for a rotation of the tire on my town and country. i told them to go ahead and do it. i left on vacation and i had a flat tire on i-75. i went to change my tire only to find out i couldn't break the lug nuts loose. i tried and tried until my lug wrench broke. i called road service and they couldn't break then loose either. my minivan was towed to a repair shop and they tried to remove the lug nuts and they couldn't remove them either. they continued to try and the wheels studs broke off. i had them check to other 3 wheels and found all of the lug nuts too tight. i told them to remove the nuts and tighten correctly so if i had a another flat the same thing wouldn't happen. 11 of the 20 wheel studs broke and the repair shop told me that all of the studs and nuts should be replaced because they were over tightened. when the repair shop inspected the wheels 2 of the wheel were found to have splits at the lug holes and had to be replaced. i returned to rochester hills chrysler to complain and the service advisor matt huggins he said to me "what did you do". i told him what had happened and he assured me it wasn't the fault or rochester hills chrysler. he told me that the lug wrench in minivans are cheap pieces of junk, the other repair shop didn't know how to remove lug nuts, and i must have damaged the wheels myself. i continued to complain and i was told to get my piece of crap minivan out of their service lane and don't come back there again. don't worry i won't there too many chrysler dealers where i can get repairs. as a chrysler employee i want the public how bad this dealership is. Took car in for minor warranty work. Service Tech advised I needed brakes all around. (said to be 100% gone) Took my car to another mechanic and found to have 50% life remaining on the brakes. Returned to the dealer, service manager affirmed the tech had lied, and is "very sorry" this happened. He reprimanded the tech (ya think?) and offered a "free oil change" for my trouble WOW... I'm impressed...NOT! In the interest of upselling service items, customers are being taken advantage of unknowingly. Do not take your car here for service. More

After having my car for an entire day, the two problems noted for repair were not fixed!! This was the second time the roof needed to be adjusted - again, an excuse from service. When I told Steve the problem was worse then he was trying to sell me he remarked with a smart mouth comment. I phoned his manager and he offered me a free rental to return the car next week. When I picked my car up tonight, I noticed the latch on the console was still sitting on my car seat. Problem number 2 never fixed. I called the cashier when I got home to ask her to review what was done and she said a part had to be ordered for the console and Steve should have told me. Again, Steve failed his job. I called another dealer in the area and spoke to the parts department. I gave him the part number written on my receipt as I was turning my service over to them - low and behold the original service department ordered the wrong part!! He said they ordered the entire console - and it comes without a latch...the part I needed!!!!! This is a horrible service dealership. The Steve's of the world are a constant stain on customer service. And it has to make one wonder why the likes of his intelligence level are rewarded with a job!! More
