Had to repurchase a new Hyundai the one I purchased on July 7th 2021 from Ontario Hyundai was defective and in the middle of a buy back. From Lauren,Tony, Sales Manager and Finance they all worked hard t July 7th 2021 from Ontario Hyundai was defective and in the middle of a buy back. From Lauren,Tony, Sales Manager and Finance they all worked hard to get me into another vehicle because I still had an open loan on the defective one. They managed to get me into a vehicle nicer then one I had originally purchased. They all get 5 stars from me on the purchase of the new vehicle, hopefully service department is just as great, and if for any reason I need to speak with the GM hopefully he will see me. Hyundai has been great on the buyback, but I will never go back to Ontario Hyundai, GM Sam Labib has never returned a call, email or message through the whole buyback process. Riverside Hyundai made me feel at ease and everyone came out said Hi and introduced themselves, which I greatly appreciated. More

I just purchased a vehicle. I was trying to do everything online just as they advertised they can do when it came down to it they said they could not complete the purchase online and needed to go to dealersh online just as they advertised they can do when it came down to it they said they could not complete the purchase online and needed to go to dealership. We agreed on out the door pricing and agreed to meet at dealership. Prior to my arrival several texts were sent to make sure documents will be ready to go because I was going on my lunch break and just needed everything ready.. I signed the paperwork Unfortunately did not notice that the purchase price was a bit over 100.00 over the agreed price. I do realize i could have done a better job at confirming the amount but the dishonesty of the dealership made me extremely upset. When i got home and noticed i texted sales person i was dealing with and asked what happened. He agreed to talk with his manager and see if there was something that can mbe done to make it right. Later that night they delivered the car and agreed to contact me the next day with possible resolution. I heard nothing. I followed up with a text message and was left un-answered. While i understand it is buyers responsibility to read and confirm pricing, The dealership did not act in a honest at upfront manner More
