I was very excited at first until the service dept didn’t do a full inspection of car and I left lot with a bad battery after that it went down hill, they seemed annoyed I had to take it back to get it repla do a full inspection of car and I left lot with a bad battery after that it went down hill, they seemed annoyed I had to take it back to get it replaced. The service dept were very rude and unprofessional. In addition to, I was scheduled an appointment to add my accessory the day after they kept my car they didn’t bother to check out anything else that needed to be done after keeping it over night, I tried to tell the service mgr but he gave me the cold shoulder. I called instead and they wanted me to go back again after that awful experience. I am not sure what’s the deal not even finance or sales wanted to address the service issue. Very sad indeed if you want great experience don’t go there the customer service is awful! More

My wife and I visited a Hyundai car dealer in Riverside a couple of weeks back, we were very excited as this was our first trip after to a Hyundai Car dealer besides Honda /Toyota. The sad part is that we asked for the manager and got the same treatment. We feel really bad and will never go back to any Hyundai car dealer. ever again. Had to repurchase a new Hyundai the one I purchased on July 7th 2021 from Ontario Hyundai was defective and in the middle of a buy back. From Lauren,Tony, Sales Manager and Finance they all worked hard t July 7th 2021 from Ontario Hyundai was defective and in the middle of a buy back. From Lauren,Tony, Sales Manager and Finance they all worked hard to get me into another vehicle because I still had an open loan on the defective one. They managed to get me into a vehicle nicer then one I had originally purchased. They all get 5 stars from me on the purchase of the new vehicle, hopefully service department is just as great, and if for any reason I need to speak with the GM hopefully he will see me. Hyundai has been great on the buyback, but I will never go back to Ontario Hyundai, GM Sam Labib has never returned a call, email or message through the whole buyback process. Riverside Hyundai made me feel at ease and everyone came out said Hi and introduced themselves, which I greatly appreciated. More
