Following up his mission to please, brought sales rep Linda Manning to meet me with an introduction and presentation of my interests. After that it's history I'm comfortable in my new outback. OK, not without a small hitch in my credit history. The business manager Jeff Lewis seems like an old pal. He spent time to help me and resolve my issues along with his personal touches to help complete my purchase. I did have to come back a week after purchase for some further explanation of my new outback options. Linda my sales rep covered all the bases and quickly resolved all my mysteries. The reason for coming back again and again is the service. Mason Voss had been my guy for several years and several out backs. One more thing. If you need a ride around town just ask Martin, a fine gentleman. More

The Riverhead Bay Subaru team are the best I've come to know. George Reveliotis was super helpful with the purchase of our 2017 Outback. Ed McGarr was our sales rep and was one of the most friendly and low pressure salesman I've yet to meet. Ken Housner closed the transaction with perfection, while Linda Manning showed my wife and I all the features of our new car. She was more than patient with all our questions and very knowledgeable about the product. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Well done Riverhead Bay Subaru. Thank you! More

Ken in the finance department was also great - he also offered excellent advice and was very authentic and sincere. Though we started our search looking for a used Outback, we ultimately ended up getting a new 2016 Outback. The entire process was pleasant and we felt like the team at Riverhead Subaru was extremely professional. Compared to the other dealerships we spoke to on Long Island, Riverhead Subaru was head and shoulders above them all. A few months later we returned and had a great buying experience from beginning to end. Linda and manager George Reveliotis were professional, friendly and helpful in putting us into our new Outback (which we love) with the options and color that we wanted at a great price. Even the dreaded business manager (whose name escapes me) was a good guy. Wouldn't hesitate to send friends to Linda and RHB again! More

The experiences went from Ho-Hum to us literally running out on one salesman who thought we just fell off the turnip truck and refused to give a straight answer to very simple questions like- "What is your best price for a Crosstrek with these features" Our salesman at Riverhead Bay Subaru was Tony Novellino and even though he is very young he was by far the most professional, knowledgeable, well versed on the vehicle and all around good guy that we met that day. The entire process could not have been easier PLUS we got a great price with no BS back and forth haggling. We financed the car and picked it up the next day at the time promised. It is worth the drive to Riverhead for a great experience and deal make sure you ask for Tony. More
Bad phone experience with receptionist I had an oil change appointment on October 15th, 2015 for 1pm. There was an accident on Old Country road, which caused a significant back-up. I was considerate enough to call at around 1:05 to notify the receptionist that I was running a few minutes late due to that traffic situation down the road. She then told me that she can only give me 5 minutes to get there, and that's what they usually do. When I arrived, I then told the service advisors about my phone experience, and one of them told me that my story didn't sound right, which left me stunned. However, Cody was very helpful and professional. He was great. But, overall this experience really turned me off, as well as ended all possibilities of me choosing this dealership to purchase my wife's Crosstrek in the near future. Ps. I'm sure the phone calls are recorded, so feel free to play it back if you think I'm lying as well. I have no plans on visiting this dealership in the future, as it left a bad first impression. Please address this situation with your receptionist so that she does not turn off other potential customers. The only reason I proceed to use Riverhead Subaru was because Cody was a gentleman. More

He was patient with us as we returned to him several times during the transaction with more questions. Tony accommodated us by offering pricing options, ?a ?comprehensive ?summary? of the car's abilities, and delivery of car with even more review of all the features. Tony is a true gentleman - someone I'd recommend anyone.
