I’ve had several Toyota’s serviced here over the years & have had only minor complaints like things missing from vehicle. I think that for 2 ($110.00 x 2 =$220) in parts/rear shocks and a $600.00 labor fee have had only minor complaints like things missing from vehicle. I think that for 2 ($110.00 x 2 =$220) in parts/rear shocks and a $600.00 labor fee is over the top. No dealership that I know of on LI would charge that rate. I waited an extra hour for the parts to arrive from a local auto retailer. Had the previous service person when I had the inspection done specified that I had to pay upfront for the parts so that they would be ready on the day of install I could have saved time & money! Would you give a better rating ??? More

Daniel Burawa, our car salesman, was excellent. Answered all our questions and tried to fulfill all our requests. Riverhead Bay Subaru was very quiet and laid back. No hard sell or funny business.
