My Wife and I were in the market for a new Outback, so we took a ride to Riverhead Bay Subaru. In past experiences with purchasing a new car were very painful (hours long) in terms of pressure,etc. Howe took a ride to Riverhead Bay Subaru. In past experiences with purchasing a new car were very painful (hours long) in terms of pressure,etc. However, that is NOT the case with our experience at this dealership. It was more of relaxed environment. We met with Kelly mid December 2023, He showed us a couple of new vehicles and we made the choice to go with the 2024 Outback Premium after test drive. He took care of everything, financing, insurance,etc. Professinal is an understatement. I’ve had several Toyota’s serviced here over the years & have had only minor complaints like things missing from vehicle. I think that for 2 ($110.00 x 2 =$220) in parts/rear shocks and a $600.00 labor fee have had only minor complaints like things missing from vehicle. I think that for 2 ($110.00 x 2 =$220) in parts/rear shocks and a $600.00 labor fee is over the top. No dealership that I know of on LI would charge that rate. I waited an extra hour for the parts to arrive from a local auto retailer. Had the previous service person when I had the inspection done specified that I had to pay upfront for the parts so that they would be ready on the day of install I could have saved time & money! Would you give a better rating ??? More
