Come into the service area and greeted with a friendly smile and hello from the service staff. When my car is ready (Mason) explains in detail what was done and what need to keep an eye on for a future repair. Mason then escorts me to the cashier across the way, and gets me on my way. More

I purchased a new car in September, 2012 - manual. By April, 2013 I was tired of the manual and went in to see what they could do for me for tradein and get me the same car. Jeff Lewis jumped right in and assisted me from start to finish with a perfectly sweet deal I could not resist. The Manager Mr. Mauro was generous with his trade-in offer and Ken in finance was right there to make sure I stayed where I was in payments and extended warranty. This all occurred while I went in to just get a routine oil change. The service department as well was efficient and easy to deal with. This dealership certainly impressed me the first time and overwhelmed me the second time. I have referred people - my girlfriend went and leased a brand new one because she was so impressed with my experience!!! Jeff especially worked diligently with me and more importantly "patiently". He addressed my zillion questions and concerns one at a time thoroughly and professionally. We did our dealings at the end of the business days and never was he anything but pleasant and attentive. He made it a most pleasant experience, really. Just how you are greeted when you arrive and how each step of the way someone came out to welcome me, thank me and take care of my needs. Everyone should have this experience when purchasing a car!!!! Never mind how fabulous a Subaru is.....looking for honesty, integrity and sincerity - then head over the Riverhead Bay Subaru - I promise you will not be disappointed.
