I purchase a new truck every 2-3 years and a new car for my wife on alternating years. My 2020 Trail Boss search was somewhat unique since I wanted packages that are not usually ordered together.. After doing an extensive 2000 mile search on Chevy's website, Rick Hendrick City Chevrolet was the only one that had checked off all the boxes but unfortunately our local Pa. dealer was not able to make a trade, so I had to travel another avenue to purchase the vehicle. Being a hands-on consumer, the " online / texting" purchasing process had originally taken me outside my comfort zone, but with that being said, this entire process (to date), has been seamless and somewhat rewarding. From the original on- line chatting thru your webpage, to emails, phone calls and texts with Jeremy Peterson this adventure has taken the purchasing experience to a whole new level and has won me over for sure. I just had a positive Truck buying experience. I was looking on line for a new truck and found a couple at City Chevrolet.
