I bought a 2024 Colorado LT this weekend from City Chevrolet and couldn’t have been more pleased with my car buying experience for my first purchase. I came from a dealership down the road where I tol Chevrolet and couldn’t have been more pleased with my car buying experience for my first purchase. I came from a dealership down the road where I told them the one truck on their lot I was interested in and they told me they could talk in 2-3 hours. I’m not in sales but that seems like cardinal sin #1. The exact opposite happened at City Chevrolet. I parked on the lot, Collin greeted me, helped me narrow down my options, then pulled the truck up front for us to look at and take a drive. I think it goes a long way having someone relatively young on staff to make sure first time purchasers like myself aren’t pushed off by more jaded salesmen. Collin understood my scenario not having pulled credit reports before and got the team together to have a single conversation about price and financing so the process was as simple as possible and I could leave that day with my new truck. I even accidentally left some jumper cables in my trade-in and Collin was able to secure them and get them back to me the next business day. Once again, could not have been happier with my experience with Collin and the rest of the team at City Chevrolet! More
