City Chevrolet is absolutely fantastic. I worked with Chris Sikes and Allen Floresca to get a 2021 Chevy Trailblazer. Chris knew how popular this car was (everyone and their siblings were calling about Chris Sikes and Allen Floresca to get a 2021 Chevy Trailblazer. Chris knew how popular this car was (everyone and their siblings were calling about the car and a couple was waiting to see if it fell through with me) so he wouldn't let me give up until it was mine. When it looked like it wasn't going to work out, they didn't give up. At first, they didn't have a Trailblazer in my price range, but Chris kept looking and found one they didn't know they had. They worked with me to get it financed and hours of hard work later (they even stayed past closing for me), I became the owner of a car I wanted since Chevy announced they were bringing it back. Don't even get me started on Ameth Barrera. He's the financial services person I worked with to get all the details about my purchase. We could have sat in his office chatting for hours about soccer and dogs. Every single person I met and worked with made me feel like a person, not just someone there to spend money. I am so happy that I decided to purchase my car from City Chevrolet. I highly recommend them and will be back in the future. More

Excellent customer service is when things are not going so well but your dealership goes the extra distance to make it right and is successful. My husband and I recently purchased a car on June 1, 2021. The Hendrick City Chevrolet dealership gave us a good deal. Nice car and it drove well. But within 30 days the car experienced some mechanical issues. Chevrolet stepped up to the plate and made all the repairs, performed a complete 28 points inspection and covered all the cost. But my husband and I made a decision to return the car in hopes of purchasing another one. Chevrolet could have told us an as-is used car is as-is but this is where they go the extra distance. Ebony Finch, VIP Exchange Manager for Hendrick City Chevrolet is amazing. She went over and beyond, was thorough, knowledgeable and used all her resources to find us a car that we would be happy with, a 2021 Chevrolet Equinox.
