I have been loyal to Richardson Ford for my last three vehicles and all my oil changes. I live in Au Gres and work in Bay County a half day on Wednesdays, so I make my oil change appointments for 1pm on vehicles and all my oil changes. Unfortunately, I arrived 10 minutes early, 12:50 pm BUT had to wait 2 hours for my oil change to be done!! I kept checking on how much longer and was finally told they had a lift breakdown. SO why NOT tell me you were a good hour behind so I could reschedule?? I have never been disappointed with their service there BUT this was 100% inexcusable! Very upset. I didn't get out until 2:30 ish!! My day starts at 5am and I sure don't want to spend a few hours sitting waiting on an oil change after I get out of work. The guy should have told me when I got there OR sent yet another text messages saying they were running behind. He flat did not care; I have never seen him there before and hope I never do again. More

I had my tires rotated, oil changed new battery installed and different filters that they came to me and asked about changing them. After a considerable amount of time. I was given my vehicle back as finishe and different filters that they came to me and asked about changing them. After a considerable amount of time. I was given my vehicle back as finished. I drove about 2 and a half miles down the road no problem. I stopped at Jays in Standish got back in my vehicle to go home a light came on to have my vehicle serviced soon!!!! I just had my vehicle serviced about 20 minutes ago! So I returned to the dealership service center when they installed my new battery they didn’t notice that a wire needed to be replaced also. So another long wait I was given my vehicle again. Now so far no lights have popped up but I wouldn’t be surprised if it does again. My advice is to not leave town too quickly after services just in case you have to go back. More
