Lemon dealer-Sold 08 Wrangler w multiple oil leaks DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I bought my 2008 Jeep Wrangler from them which sure it is a used car but they said they do inspections and what not. I wen DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I bought my 2008 Jeep Wrangler from them which sure it is a used car but they said they do inspections and what not. I went for my first oil change and the top and bottom oil gasket both needed to be replaced, it was nearly empty of oil so that costs me about 400 bucks. ALSO, the front and rear main seal need to be replaced which will run about 1k dollars. I am going to reach out to them when they are open NOT OPEN ON SUNDAYS. But I feel pretty cheated out of a vehicle I really like and will have to sink money into because of their lack of transparency. I will continue to find other forums and will write Dodge/Jeep corporate till someone deals w them and their crooked practices! More

Smooth buying experience! I looked all over for the exact Jeep I wanted and finally found it at this dealership. It was about an hour or so away so we called and talked to them I looked all over for the exact Jeep I wanted and finally found it at this dealership. I texted and emailed with him and by the time we got to the dealership, the Jeep and paperwork was ready to go. David has been helpful even after the sale with any questions I’ve had. Bad customer service They had the easiest sale with us--I knew the car I wanted and researched it already. I bought one without even a test drive. I called ahead and drove They had the easiest sale with us--I knew the car I wanted and researched it already. I bought one without even a test drive. I called ahead and drove 45 minutes from home to this dealership (after arranging the visit the day before) because they had the Challengers in stock that I wanted. When I arrived they had 2 for me to look at but they had large globs of bird crap all over. After I actually bought it, and drove home, I was dismayed to find that the car was not well detailed, a USB cable that came with it was missing, (there was an empty plastic bag that said cable in the car) and the bright pedals that we found in the trunk were not installed. When we called to speak with our salesman Johnny about it, he acted like we were wanting something unreasonable and made me feel like I was being mean to him. As I said above, overall we took up very little of his time prior to the sale-we are not high maintenance at all and very friendly. Then on a follow-up call (he never called us back) he got nervous we would give a bad review and tried to bribe us with a full tank of gas. I don't know why he thought we'd want to drive 1 1/2 hours round trip for any of this. Also, the paperwork for the license plate took 6 weeks to arrive, such that our temporary plate expired. Each time I called to check in about this, one of the office workers was snippy and short with me, and both of them never seemed to know when it would arrive. There is no reason the paperwork from Dodge corporate needs to be so un-transparent--they need a better tracking system. In hindsight I wish I had waited for our local dealership to get the cars in--the customer service is not good at all. More
