I was pleasantly surprised by this kind of honesty and the fact that I ended up saving some money. Eric, Cody, and Mike are the epitome of professionalism. From the outset, Eric was the consummate professional. Courteous, understanding, patient, knowledgeable, not pushy, and not one hint of the slick care salesman types I have dealt with in the past. This goes for Cody as well. We ended up buying a Jetta and Mike did the finance end of the deal and he as well exemplified the above traits. All around a great experience and will use Rydel for ALL future VW purchases. More
