Quick, efficient and responsive When I leased my car, I rushed to a retailer conveniently located where I lived. They were nice up until I signed the lease. When I requested my car to be serviced, I would always be given a hard time. Despite my negative experiences, I returned a month before my lease was up to arrange a buyout of the car. I filled out the credit application and submitted the necessary paperwork. I was told a salesperson would give me a call to complete the transaction. Long story short...I was bombarded with solicitations for leasing another car and no one called me back regarding my interest in a buyout. To add insult to injury, the dealership called my husband not me (which BTW I'm solely on the lease) when I called the dealership to advise I didn't want them to proceed with my credit check and I was looking elsewhere. I realized I needed to prioritize service over convenience...which led me to Reydel. I researched dealerships within a 25 mile radius online, and Reydel had very positive reviews. I called the dealership and eventually scheduled an appointment to finalize the buyout. Everyone...I mean everyone I talked to and dealt with (Stacia, Cody, Melissa, the manager, one of the owners and Zabih) were genuinely nice and willing to answer all my questions. Prior to my appointment, Stacia and Cody called and emailed me info regarding the buyout and NOT to solicit leases. I sat down with Zabih who thoroughly explained the fine details. Melissa broke down the charges and payments. They got me out of the dealership quickly and painlessly. In conclusion, don't compromise service especially for a purchase you know you will keep for years. I definitely would recommend the drive over the bridge anytime. More

Never ever again!! Especially if you are trading in!! I wanted to buy the latest VW Atlas that released recently. This SUV has been sold by all dealers at MSRP because it is the latest. The point here is all dealers are making hay when the sun is shining. I took my well maintained car to Reydel VW for a trade-in. I did all my research, evaluated my car on various channels - Auto Trader, True Car, a dealer and an independent buyer's market. For my disbelief, these guys wasted my time by offering such an insultingly low price for my car. It was 50% of what I was expecting. This is the height of greed (they are making money on the MSRP from me). I ended up buying my Atlas the next day from VW Princeton and I got 90% of my expected trade in value and paid MSRP. I am a happy customer at Princeton. Never ever ever ever will I go to Reydel More

He came in entirely too strongly abt the additional "lease insurance" and would not back down, even when I said no. He even said I couldn't take the car unless I picked one. Then when I said Ray had not mentioned the need for additional insurance, he said Raybinly handled car sales and he handled this stuff. I became very uncimfortsbke and almost walked out on the car. He continued to pressure me even when he said I could have 2 days to get back abt the additional insurance. I managed to pull it together and continued to finalize the deal. My daughter, who had been with me earlier and Ray had met, texted me to ignore the dude and leave with the car. I did mention it to Ray as he walked me through my new car functions. I did not call back to take the insurance and I'm trying to put the experience behind me. Other than that, and afte the GM introducing himself to me, I would still rec the dealership. Ray was excellent in explaining the differences between Jetta's' with mileage, without, purchasing and leasing. He was very efficient and calm, and non/stressful. His work with me to help with the purchase and after allowed me to follow through with the car. I'm even feeling better abt getting the new car. More
