Your internet sales rep, Phillip Marlow, was not upfront in trying to sell me a vehicle. He was sneaky and tried to hide some very important components necessary for me to decide whether to buy a vehicle. I in trying to sell me a vehicle. I also had to ask him what he was offering me for my trade in. He tried to hide those things from me. I did not appreciate him treating me this way and as a result I got up and walked out without buying a vehicle. He also refused to give me back my car keys. I had to request them about five or six times from him. He still did not give back my keys. I had to talk with his manager. If you want to make a sale this is not the way to treat your customers. Your customer deserves respect. More

My last visit was for an oil change and about at least the 7th time since February, when I bought this 2018 Fusion, for the leaky tire. I myself have to take time to fill the tire with air. I also foun the 7th time since February, when I bought this 2018 Fusion, for the leaky tire. I myself have to take time to fill the tire with air. I also found out the last visit was not recorded and no invoice of a new tire was on record. After I expressed my dissatisfaction with Ford selling a fairly new car with obviously a defective tire was not the professional high standard Red McCombs projects. Then Mr Josh stated he didn’t want me to be so unhappy because I’d just bought the car and he said ford would replace the leaky tire with the same brand tire. ( at first he was going to replace it with a different brand and I said I wanted the same brand tire. However when I took my car in again for this service they obviously just switched the tire, back to front and patched it again. The tire continued to leak which cause me to have to stop and put air. The weather conditions were not always great from spring rains to hot summer days who wants to do that. It doesn’t make any sense... you don’t have to be a mechanic to know that’s not normal to have to put air in a tire that many times In a few months. I would think twice a year is reasonable. Therefore I’m not happy with the way Mr Josh did not follow through on his word. When I mentioned this on my last visit because the tire was low again the service guy said he could only repair it...again! And he checked for any record of me bringing my car in for service on the leaky tire and replacing it with a new one and couldn’t find any record. That tells me your words are empty which doesn’t build a trusting relationship. However I want to say I feel my last visit with the service guy, I can’t remember his name was good. I feel he was trying to be truthful with me. I m hoping my tire holds up. Sincerely Barbara Jones More
