Buying a new car should be a happy moment however on my case was the worse. We bought a brand new Ford Explorer last Saturday 5/22/21 we sign put a down payment and done however the SUV was at a different case was the worse. We bought a brand new Ford Explorer last Saturday 5/22/21 we sign put a down payment and done however the SUV was at a different location we were told it was at New Braunfels and the sales person told we would get our vehicle the latest Tuesday however we were told the truck is coming from Houston and that dealer wants a trade in return in order to release the truck. We have been trying to get answers and nothing. We still have no SUV. Managers don’t follow up then we are told it’s not official till truck is delivered however contract was sign, down payment was placed I can’t get any official that that. I’m not sure who is able to help, this is not right all we want is our brand new truck. I wish I can’t speak to a higher up about this. Anna C. More
