She always recognizes my voice, she always makes room in their busy schedule to make certain that my work can be done, she always arranges transportation if it is going to take time, she is always upbeat, and if there is a means to save a few dollars (Using Napa parts vs. Genuine GM parts), she affords me the opportunity to choose. She has been there 15 years - she is an asset to Ray Chevy and Ray Chevy has been a great dealer for me.
