Alv, thanks for sharing your recent experience with us. We try our best to repair the issue on each customer's first visit. We apologize for not being able to repair your vehicle right away. We have a shuttle service available to all our customers as well as over 40 loaner vehicles available for customer whose vehicles will be worked on for an extended period of time. We very rarely are unable to accommodate but sometimes we do allocate all our loaners. We're sorry for any inconvenience.
