Service Excellence is NOT dead!!! My car had an appointment to be serviced elsewhere and they couldn't locate my appointment but the owner of the other place reached out to Ruben at Ra My car had an appointment to be serviced elsewhere and they couldn't locate my appointment but the owner of the other place reached out to Ruben at Ray Chevrolet who was able to fit me in despite a booked garage. My vehicle ended up needing extensive repairs and Ruben provided exceptional customer service for the entire week my car was being repaired. He was helpful, informative and polite. He never once treated my needs as an inconvenience and most importantly the job was done right! I would certainly recommend the service department and Ray Chevrolet. Incredible support from John lesniak I came with a vehicle with over heat problem. It was a cracked block. R ay assigned me John who worked with through out the day. Awesome Service Dept. I found myself with a dead truck at the gas station adjacent to Ray's in Fox Lake tonight. Immediately I called Ray's (I've bought at least 5 vehicle I found myself with a dead truck at the gas station adjacent to Ray's in Fox Lake tonight. Immediately I called Ray's (I've bought at least 5 vehicles from Ray) looking for Brian. He was gone but Luis in service immediately helped me arrange a jump and I drove it immediately to the Service Dept. It turned out to be a dead battery, thankfully I was close to home - and by that I mean close to Ray's. There service department is beyond awesome, that's one of the reasons we keep buying vehicles from Ray's. The porter was awesome and the mechanic couldn't have been nicer. They have my back not only for the purchase, but to service the vehicle too. Thanks Luis for helping me out, I appreciate your kindness and super service. More

Great customer service I dropped off my new Chevy Tahoe for paint protection and undercoating. Jessica Holland took my order. She was very professional and friendly. She set me up in a new Chevy pickup for a loaner. That was Great I don't like small cars. She called me that evening to tell me my Tahoe was ready. Jessica had my Tahoe inside the shop when I arrived due to the cold weather outside. She went over the truck with me to make sure everything was ok. Jessica has Great customer service.
