knowing that there was an issue with our duallie we knew there would be some time need to make the repairs however, the specialist they needed to work on the part was there with in a short time and was able there would be some time need to make the repairs however, the specialist they needed to work on the part was there with in a short time and was able to complete the repair in an exceptionally small amount of time. Since the repair had stemmed from an earlier issue that they had tried to resolve there was no charge. With all that being said Kyle did a great job keeping us posted and up to date with any information we needed to be aware of. More

Top notch every time I come in whether I have an appointment or not. No charge on certain services to my surprise! All personnel are highly respectful of my needs. Ray Chevy treats you well. What I really like about them is that they don't try to "hard sell" you on any repairs. They give you a print out of what needs to be done and then you decide if you want the work is that they don't try to "hard sell" you on any repairs. They are very respectful of your needs. They treat you good. I have never had a problem the many times I've been there. Once again, NO HARD SELL!! They respect you and your wishes. More
