I am not sure why it take a minimum of three days to diagnose and fix an issue. After having my Tahoe there twice my initial issue is still not fixed and now I have zero heat in the rear. I'm going to diagnose and fix an issue. After having my Tahoe there twice my initial issue is still not fixed and now I have zero heat in the rear. I'm going to find another dealership that has a quality service department. I am use to solid service from Dick Wickstrom Chevy in Roselle. I do not get nearly the same 5 star service at Rays that they give at Wickstrom in Roselle. Very disappointing. More

I have never had a bad experience at Ray Chevrolet with the service department. T.J. Burke is the service advisor I always work with and he is outstanding in customer service.
