I had to wait 45 minutes for my loaner car when I had been on the schedule to get one for over a month. Bought a new car in December told by the salesperson that the car should have premium floor mats but that they did not have them. He had me take the mats out of my old car and said he would have the new mats the car should have premium floor mats but that they did not have them. They were great, although I don’t think they listened to all the things we thought were wrong with our car. While they had our car for a few weeks to figure out issues we had with it they were supposed to g all the things we thought were wrong with our car. I also expect someone to know something about the car when we do pick it up. The charging level was set low so the three hours we sat there waiting for a charge did NOTHING! My wife and I had to figure out EVERYTHING on our own. You pay sticker price you would think you would get some level of support and service. I will never buy a car from a dealership again! More
