My difficult situation was my main concern and it became Bob's as well. My 2014 IS was getting very difficult for my husband to get and out of because it was very low to the ground. My husband came out of brain surgery and needed a vehicle with ease of entry. Bob realized he had more options to offer. His guidance was fabulous. This is my third car from Ray Catena and it is my first salesperson I admire and respect as much as my friends from the service department. Nothing is better than a Lexus, and this NX 200 is more than I had considered. My husband is great (he loves this vehicle) my salesperson Bob is great and I look forward to, as usual, great service. I've officially been devirginized by a car dealership and it didn't hurt!!! Haha. I've never bought a car from a dealership nor financed a car in the past 20 years, this is my 1st. They all went above and beyond to provide me exactly what I wanted and needed.....a semi-used car with low mileage and not too pricey. No one could beat buying a Certified 2011 ES350 with 33k miles for $351 per month. And turnaround time was 15 hours....it was ready on Saturday morning, as promised. I'm eternally grateful!!! I test drove every single foreign luxury brand over a 6 month period. 2nd choices were going to be Infiniti or Nissan. German and American cars are a waste of money. Time consuming and energy draning listening to all the blah blah blah from car salesman. Lexus takes the cake with the best friendly service, quality of cars, warranty, and ease of doing business.
