I did not get to drive the car home that night as it had to be detailed. This is my first luxury car purchase and what a difference! I don't rate my value as a person on material things, and this was a MAJOR purchase for me. But Chad got me into a beautiful 2013 RX350 L Certified for what I was comfortable paying. As a single mother of 2 teenage daughters, I often feel I get talked down to or taken advantage of at car dealers. Not this time. I realized the next morning that there was a significant ding in the passenger side door. When I called Chad, he told me that when I brought my car in to have the new plates put on, that they would repair the cosmetic damage, free of charge. Hopefully this is my first of many Lexus purchases. The car itself is perfect and the delivery tech explained everything well. He really took the time with my daughter and I. I even had to call the next day with questions about my navigator and the service tech was so patient on the phone. Unbelievable experience working with Ray Catena dealership. Thanks again Chad!
