I have had nothing but problems with my crosstrek since inception. There clearly is and has been something seriously wrong with car. It keeps getting passed off as a bad battery. Will have to have towed etc.....I've had to charge the car on my own many times. Over a dozen maybe more. Have a daughter with special needs and my time is very valuable. I havent called lawyer yet and social media and all that stuff. Not my style . Pretty simple honest family man. But I've had enough . More

I am not totally pleased with the recent service. Everyone is very nice and willing to assist, however, the work that I requested was not thoroughly addressed. I am still having issues with a trunk Everyone is very nice and willing to assist, however, the work that I requested was not thoroughly addressed. I am still having issues with a trunk hatch that opens on its own and poor lighting in the car interior. I must travel nearly 70 miles for service and I left the car for a total of eight hours.
