Everyone was very easy to deal with and very knowledgeable about their products. The sales people were very real and it just felt right doing buisness with them. Overall who likes buying a car ? I never have well I just wanted to say that I had an amazing experience at Ramsey Subaru. Everyone bent over backwards to make sure I was happy. Since teh day I picked up ove wanted to say that I had an amazing experience at Ramsey Subaru. Everyone bent over backwards to make sure I was happy. Since teh day I picked up over two weeks ago I have recived a phone call from the salesperson Brian, The manager Josh called to make sure everything was ok and even the Service manager Stephon called to ask how my experience was and to welcome me to the service dept. Not to mention they take care of your first service free. I went to other delers that just had nothing good to say about ramsey and the other competiteors and I think its just sheer jealously. Ramsey Subaru far exceeded my expectations, and by the way I got a great deal! I will be buying from here again and I will be sending a ton of people because they have a program that rewards that. OVERALL BEST CAR EXPERIENCE HANDS DOWN! More

I shopped around for a Subaru outback for several weeks. Ramsey had the widest selection (by far). Alex, my salesperson, was extremely helpful and professional. When I totaled my old Honda in December 07, I found that Honda no longer sells the kind of cars I like. Subaru was my first choice after that. I met with Alex Petrusion that day and drove home in brand new 2008 WRX, Despite the fact that I typicaly suffer tremendous "buyers remorse" Alex helped me decide and helped me feel good about my decision, at no time was I pressured, and I never felt that disconnect that you get from salesmen, after they make the sale, My experience with that car was very good, and my experience with the Ramsey Subaru service department was outstanding, thanks to Al Cisneros, who kept on making sure I was satisfied. Still, when the 2009 WRX became available I was very interested, I spoke to Alex Petrushin, and he made me a great offer on a trade in, In fact, after I accepted and we shook on it, Alex was still comming make with more Ideas on how he would sweeten the deal. Im looking forward to a long relationship with Ramsey Subaru, and will certainly be talking to Alex when Im ready for my next car. Cant say when that will be, the cars are supposed to be extreemly dependable, and they maintain them for you like nobodys business, A loaner car has always been available when I needed it. And everyone is always polite and concerned. Im a real Subie fan now, directly because of the efforts of that team, The 2009 WRX? wow what a machine, go get one today from Ramsey Subaru, tell them Mitch sent you. More

Dont waste your time scearching for the best deal, Ramsey Subaru beat other dealers prices by a long shot. My salesman was also very knowlageable with the cars. took 3 trips to figure out what the best car for my needs and budget was but at the end a pre-owned forester fit the bill. All 3 time Alex was very helpful and willing to work with me. I was looking into different dealerships to get a price and each wouldn't give me a quote over the phone. They said I would have to come in and sit down to talk. My last dealership was Ramsey Subaru. I put and each wouldn't give me a quote over the phone. They said I would have to come in and sit down to talk. My last dealership was Ramsey Subaru. I put a quote request through Cars.com and within ten minutes Alex called me directly and I told him the car I was interested in and right away he gave me a price, and that price sounded too good to be true. Once getting to the dealership is when I became good friends with Alex. Very nice, knowledgeable and easy to reason with. I bought the car that day. It is going to be two years since I had my car and still when I go in to get service, he comes over to talk to me and if I have any problems, he takes care of it. Great Subaru experience! More

I got internet quotes from several dealers, including this one. I decided to drive to the three best quotes I got and check out the car, 2009 LL Bean Forester. I was expecting to see the car and basicall this one. I decided to drive to the three best quotes I got and check out the car, 2009 LL Bean Forester. I was expecting to see the car and basically get the numbers on paper before I make my final decision, where to buy the car. So after driving for an hour to get to this dealership, I was practically asked to leave by the salesperson, because I told him that I was comparing prices between dealerships. I was told to make them the last stop. Come on! I drove for an hour and your asking me to comeback? Other dealers I went to were very happy to show me the car and sit down do the numbers for the car. This is a customer based business and you should value the time of the paying customer more, than you value your time. That day, you lost a customer for life. I bought the car from another dealership. More

This dealership had the car i wanted at the right price it was a used car it the car was much lower then the blue book value and so far so goo the only thing i have to complain about is everyone in that de it was a used car it the car was much lower then the blue book value and so far so goo the only thing i have to complain about is everyone in that dealership is a little bit slow and odd it like a time warp like usuallly car salesmen r pushy and overpowering ramsey subaru is not u have to force them to see a car that you may like and if u buy a car fom them dont except anything in a timely manner with thim it took them over 20 days to get my plates and also the tepor plates were expired when i finally recived the real plates another think is wich is odd is i had to pay for a remote for the car that like 70 bucks there i though maye the dealership should cover that but guess not i also got the car serviced from them to get the caroil chnged and everything cleaned up on the car was 146 buck i can deal with that concidering i got the car for well below blue book value overall they were a decent dealership i wouldnt get my car serviced from them b.c they r just all way to slow with everything they all seem lik hippies . also for there parts department sucks really bad i wanted a part for my car it was a dummy peice for the heated seats because my car doesent have heated seats i asked the guy if he could order it let me mind u this was a 5$ part so it wasnt a big deal the man had no idea what i was talking about i hung up with thinking that maybe they dont make the part so i endedn up calling bill kolb in Rockland county ny and the guy there told me no problem i know exactally what you r talking about it will be in 3 days. well so much for ramsey the sales end of the deal no comlaints the service was just ok not great just ok and the parts department come on get with it. More
