As mentioned in a PRIVATE RESPONSE and acknowledged by Allison L. of your dealership, that I would reach out to you today, February 23, 2026 between 1pm - 2pm and did so, only to have reached your VM. I left a message over 4 hours ago and still have not heard back from you, Allison, or anyone for that matter. So I guess you don't GENUINELY VALUE MY TIME as stated. Honestly I see no one with INTEGRITY in this dealership, so unless you plan to return the outrageous $382 you charged us for a dead battery after having the car for 4 days, don't bother even calling me back. It's worth that just to let BUYERS BEWARE what kind of dealership you REALLY ARE!

My appointment was made with you on Friday, 2/20/26 to speak Monday, 2/23/26 between 1pm - 2pm. Everyone knew about the impending blizzard that was heading our way Sunday Afternoon by Friday, if not most definitely Saturday.. Had you taken a moment to review your Monday commitments, you could have called me all day Saturday to reschedule. Why would I have to depend on your social media announcements when you have my phone number and could've just called me? Besides, I'm not on any social media sites. This is the double-talk that your dealership has apparently mastered. Yes you reached out twice today, 2/24/26, first time 8:33am when I was driving to work, and again at 10:01am right in the middle of my morning. I gave you a timeline of 1pm - 2pm on Monday because that's when I'm available. Your Manager's HAVE NOT reached out to me at all since I spoke to Clayton Mantell trying to discuss this whole situation. Clayton the same Manager that told me you didn't have a number for me to call you to try and get this resolved A MONTH AGO, just another LIE because you do have a number with an extension. So forgive me if I seem continually frustrated by this situation as we near the ALMOST 6 WEEKS MARK!
